Hire space at LM Studio
Love Music Studio is a new small, family business in Leith, Edinburgh. There are a couple of rooms available for reasonable monthly rent, or short term hire. The rooms would be perfect for music teachers, musicians, artists who are happy with music in the building, or for storage. Room A
Room A is on the ground floor of the studio. It would be most comfortable for 2 people, but fits more depending on your layout. There's one small window at the back of the room. All rooms include shared access to a kitchen, reception area and two bathrooms; all on the ground floor.

Room B
Room B is on the ground floor of the studio. It would be most comfortable for 3 people, but fits more depending on your layout. There's one window at side of the room that we've recently fixed so it's watertight, since this photo was taken. All rooms include shared access to a kitchen, reception area and two bathrooms; all on the ground floor.
